This year will be excellent as we provide academic experiences that are rigorous, relevant, and help them build relationships while making real world connections. In Grades K ,1, and 2 teachers received professional development at the end of last year and will implement the program Fundations, which provides research-based materials and strategies essential to a comprehensive reading, spelling, and handwriting program. An ongoing focus will be placed on social emotional learning as we implement a new program titled Character Strong.
